Saint Adalbert and Saint Stanislaus Church (The Fara Church)
In the place of today’s church there used to be a smaller one. Current church was destroyed many times during the onslaughts of Tatars, Turks and Italians, which was the reason for many changes in its look. The inside of the temple is supposedly Baroque and Regency in style. The high altar is from 1730 and above is a painting “Crucifixion”, signed by J. Schonbrun. In the presbytery the 16th century city owners are buried. The inside is fortified with a Rococo pulpit and a Regency trave with a sculpture of Christ. A tower is located next to the church, and from it, at the top of each hour, reverberates a melody on carillon. The music was composed by a musician Jarosław Siwiński.
